Psychologist - Dutch Speaking (Freelance)

What you will do

• Conduct planned and on-demand video consultations, typically lasting 25 minutes.
• Support clients with everyday challenges including work-related stress, self-confidence, relationship dynamics, and uncertainty about life direction.
• Help clients define clear, actionable goals and identify meaningful first steps.
• Deliver structured, goal-oriented guidance focused on prevention and client autonomy rather than diagnosis.
• Work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and industries.
• Participate in weekly intervision sessions and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch fluency is required.
• Strong English communication skills and confidence delivering consultations in English are required.
• Master’s degree in Psychology.
• At least four years of 1:1 consultation experience gained after completing the Psychology master’s degree.
• Knowledge of solution-focused therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Digital self-reliance, a suitable computer running Windows 11 or macOS Sonoma 14, and an active antivirus.

• Freelance experience and confidence managing an independent practice.
