Head of Advisory Strategy (Business Transformation)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Toronto or Ottawa

Compensation: CA$345,000 – CA$420,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Head of Advisory and executive leadership team.
• Develop executive-level narratives, pitch materials, and client-facing presentations for high-value pursuits.
• Shape and evolve Advisory messaging, including points of view on AI-enabled consulting and delivery models.
• Synthesize input across practices to identify themes, opportunities, and areas for strategic alignment.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from concept development through execution.
• Support internal change management to shift toward more integrated Advisory collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) strongly preferred.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling abilities with advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and subject matter experts without formal authority.
• Willingness to travel periodically (likely monthly) to meet business and client needs.
