Strategy & Management Consulting Intern (Summer 2027)

Location: Toronto, Canada; travel to assigned client locations locally and nationally is required, with up to 50% travel

What you will do

• Meet with clients and support management consulting projects based on their needs.
• Facilitate user workshops to gather and document business needs, requirements, weaknesses, and challenges.
• Help business users, project managers, and IT leaders optimize project scope, benefits, and risks.
• Conduct benchmarking research on IT spending, industry trends, and business practices.
• Analyze and document improvement opportunities, including implementation and training components.
• Prepare consulting reports, present recommendations to clients, and collaborate with solution vendors.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a B.A., B.S., or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• Relevant fields include accounting, finance, business administration, computer science, information systems, economics, human resources, mathematics, organizational development, and supply chain.
• Ability to travel up to 50% locally and nationally and access to reliable transportation for client locations are required.
• A minimum 3.5 GPA is preferred.
