Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with regular in-person time at Harbourfront Centre

hirify.global is building a platform that turns native mobile apps into fully native web experiences in real time without SDKs, code changes, or engineering work from developers.

What you will do

• Partner with the executive team to translate strategy into operating plans, track execution, and resolve cross-functional blockers.
• Lead analysis for market entry, pricing, unit economics, headcount planning, capital allocation, and other strategic decisions.
• Own business operations, including processes, systems, reporting, vendors, and partner relationships across product, go-to-market, engineering, and internal operations.
• Identify where AI can create meaningful leverage across business functions and build the models, agents, and automated workflows to support it.
• Lead organizational adoption of AI-enabled processes and measure success through sustained usage and business outcomes.
• Support corporate development and fundraising through investor materials, diligence, market research, competitive analysis, and target evaluation.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, chief of staff, corporate finance, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture, technology, or high-growth startups.
• Advanced, hands-on AI fluency, including experience automating workstreams and running persistent agents.
• Strong quantitative skills with financial models, P&L statements, cohort analysis, pricing scenarios, and spreadsheets.
• First-principles problem-solving and the ability to turn complex situations into clear written recommendations.
• Comfort working across varied responsibilities, taking ownership, and closing open loops independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer technology, mobile, ad tech, platforms, gaming, or interactive entertainment.
• Exposure to corporate development, M&A, venture investing, or fundraising.
• Zero-to-one experience taking a company, product, or venture from an idea to launch.
