What you will do

• Provide technical expertise and application support to customers and sales teams.
• Develop technical and commercial quotations and respond to product and application inquiries.
• Configure and recommend solutions based on customer requirements and system specifications.
• Support order execution and resolve technical issues affecting customer orders.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, service, and operations to deliver suitable solutions.
• Support customer visits, site evaluations, and technical presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in application engineering, industrial controls, automation, fluid systems, or paper machine equipment.
• Knowledge of PLCs, drives, instrumentation, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and industrial process equipment.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Employment is contingent upon a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen.
