No-Code Business Analyst

Location: Remote in Portugal

What you will do

• Create application user interfaces with no-code designer tools.
• Automate server logic and business processes using BPMN-oriented no-code tools.
• Design REST and SOAP web services, configure webhooks, and document secure integrations.
• Design database structures, including tables, relationships, fields, indexes, and queries.
• Decompose user stories into executable no-code development tasks.
• Conduct market research and customer interviews, and collaborate with QA on manual and automated testing.

Requirements

• Experience with business analysis, market research, competitor analysis, and gathering business requirements.
• Knowledge of databases, T-SQL fundamentals, data queuing, relationships, view models, indexes, joins, and subqueries.
• Solid understanding of BPMN notation and business process modeling.
• Experience working in software development teams or as a business analyst on IT projects.
• Experience configuring information systems through UI-based tools and understanding technology, data structures, and integration methods.
• Proficiency in English is required for interviews and collaboration with international stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM, BPM, or no-code platforms and systems.
• Coding skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts.
• Experience with Figma or similar UI prototyping tools.
