What you will do

• Coordinate operational and logistical support across localization production, quality assurance, development teams, and external vendors.
• Manage asset-flow tracking and coordination across localization tools, serving as a point of contact for development teams.
• Identify linguistic risks, recommend culturally appropriate content, and support internationalization-friendly development foundations.
• Document localization processes, oversee functional tool testing, and collect structured feedback.
• Verify that Arabic localization deliverables meet platform certification requirements and regional standards.
• Lead initiatives that improve localization consistency, automation, and scalability.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in localization, production coordination, QA, or related gaming or media fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex work across stakeholders and platforms.
• Expertise in localization tools and workflows, including TMS, CAT tools, Jira, CMS, and Confluence.
• Advanced understanding of internationalization principles and/or platform certification processes.
• Native or near-native Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and experience identifying issues before they affect the localization pipeline.
