Salary: $132,000–$181,500 USD (US) / $114,000–$157,300 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

• Design and maintain core automation workflows for content lifecycles using Python and agentic workflows.
• Research and implement cutting-edge AI/LLM-based solutions to improve localization quality and speed.
• Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on architectural failures and system-wide bottlenecks.
• Provide technical guidance and i18n code audits to product and engineering teams.
• Manage and optimize Translation Management Systems (TMS) like XTM or Smartling.
• Develop self-service tools for dev teams to identify UI issues early in the development cycle.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in software or globalization engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and building custom automation frameworks via APIs.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI in localization workflows, including prompt engineering.
• Deep technical understanding of TMS architecture and content parsing (JSON, XML, XLIFF).
• Ability to conduct code-level i18n reviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Experience with enterprise CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager.
