Regional Sales Director (Identity Security)

Location: Remote; sales territory includes the Southeast United States and LATAM

Compensation: $385,000–$400,000 total compensation

What you will do

• Lead and develop a regional sales team across the Southeast United States and LATAM.
• Drive territory growth and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual quota achievement.
• Coach Account Executives on prospecting, consultative selling, account management, and sales methodology.
• Review sales activity, pipeline progress, performance, competitive outcomes, and development opportunities.
• Manage relationships with key customers, principals, and channel partners while serving as an escalation point.
• Improve CRM and opportunity management processes and participate in recruiting and interviewing.

Requirements

• Track record of overachievement leading teams selling large deals in a hyper-growth startup environment.
• Experience communicating with executive customers, direct reports, and senior leadership through presentations, telephone, and computer-based communication.
• Understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, cloud security, and data risk.
• Basic knowledge of data security and compliance frameworks and their business impact.
• Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, consultative selling, and sales support practices.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple responsibilities, adapt quickly, and meet sales quotas.
