What you will do
- Define problem statements, user archetypes, and product opportunities by balancing user needs, business objectives, product strategy, and technical constraints.
- Lead user research, interviews, and discovery activities, translating findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Create end-to-end design solutions, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to align user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions, and validate solutions through usability testing, user feedback, analytics, and measurable outcomes.
- Apply and improve design systems, accessibility practices, inclusive design standards, and end-to-end product design processes.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience in Product Design, including designing and delivering digital products and experiences.
- Experience with the full product design process, from discovery and research through ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and communication skills in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Experience working with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience using industry-standard design software such as Figma or Claude.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
