Product Designer (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; on-site with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, with no fully remote option

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of senior product designers.
• Work hands-on on complex product problems and maintain a high standard of product thinking and design quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Take concepts from early exploration through shipped features and track their performance.
• Improve design-team workflows and introduce practical AI workflows into the design process.
• Present design work, align stakeholders, and navigate differing opinions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience, with strong hands-on design skills.
• 3+ years of experience leading design teams, including managing at least three designers and senior team members.
• Strong product design portfolio demonstrating solutions to meaningful user and business problems.
• Experience developing designers and improving team processes.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and creating AI-enabled design workflows.
• Fluent English is required for daily communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2C social, entertainment, or communication products.
• UX writing or copywriting skills.
• Experience in a fast-moving startup.
