Product Designer (Credit)

Location: Currently fully remote; the role is listed in Miami and may transition to a hybrid, hub-centric model with hubs in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo.

What you will do

• Design the end-to-end credit experience, including offers, borrowing flows, disclosures, repayment, and transaction history.
• Design conversational, AI-native money experiences for WhatsApp and help define their evolution across native iOS and Android.
• Incorporate legal, compliance, and risk requirements directly into product experiences.
• Conduct evaluative testing and lightweight discovery, partnering with product managers and researchers.
• Present concepts, incorporate critique, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver on deadlines.
• Influence hiring, critique practices, and the design system.

Requirements

• 4+ years designing consumer products with strong visual and interaction design skills and growing end-to-end UX scope.
• Native or near-native Spanish and advanced English.
• Deep Figma fluency and at least two mobile products shipped end to end.
• Experience conducting evaluative testing and lightweight product discovery.
• Fluency with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Claude Design, or Codex as creative partners.
• Comfort working with legal requirements, risk rules, ambiguity, fast delivery, and early critique; a portfolio is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in lending, credit, banking, another regulated domain, or conversational AI products.
