Product Designer (Credit)

Location: Currently fully remote; future hybrid hubs in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo.

What you will do

• Design credit offers, borrowing flows, disclosures, repayment experiences, and transaction history.
• Create conversational and visual patterns for financial products delivered through WhatsApp.
• Help define how credit experiences evolve for native iOS and Android products.
• Conduct evaluative testing and lightweight discovery, partnering with product, engineering, legal, risk, and research.
• Generate, present, and refine concepts while balancing usability, compliance, risk, and delivery deadlines.
• Contribute to hiring, critique practices, and the design system.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing consumer products with strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Experience owning end-to-end UX from detailed screen design through product strategy.
• Native or near-native Spanish and advanced English.
• Deep Figma fluency and at least two mobile products shipped end to end.
• Experience conducting evaluative testing and lightweight product discovery.
• Portfolio link required; experience with legal, risk, regulated products, or ambiguous environments is important.

Nice to have

• Experience in lending, credit, banking, or another regulated domain.
• Experience with conversational AI products.
• Experience using Cursor, Claude Code, Claude Design, or Codex as creative design tools.
