Senior Product Designer (TinyMCE)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; fully remote work is possible with at least four working hours of overlap with CET.

Compensation: 21,600–26,400 PLN + VAT per month under a B2B contract, or the equivalent on an employment contract.

What you will do

• Own cross-functional design initiatives from discovery through delivery, partnering with product management to define problems and requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, UI designs, and broader user experiences for the TinyMCE editor.
• Validate design directions through prototyping, critiques, research, and stakeholder feedback.
• Partner with engineers on feasibility, technical constraints, implementation, and release quality.
• Improve interaction patterns, accessibility, consistency, and component architecture across the editor.
• Maintain and evolve the TinyMCE design system across design source files and code.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience working with software development teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience turning product goals into UX strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Strong interaction design and information architecture skills for complex, constraint-heavy flows.
• Strong understanding of modern web capabilities, including HTML, CSS, accessibility, keyboard behavior, focus behavior, and component architecture.
• Experience maintaining design systems and componentized designs, and facilitating critiques, workshops, and stakeholder alignment.
• English communication skills are required, with at least four working hours of overlap with CET.
