Senior Learning & Development Specialist

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end performance review cycles, including tool administration, completion tracking, reminders, and user support.
• Guide managers and employees on SMART goal setting and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Support talent reviews, calibration sessions, succession planning, talent matrices, and high-potential employee tracking.
• Track development plans and follow-up actions from talent review and succession discussions.
• Deliver on-site presentations and co-facilitate workshops on performance management, goal setting, and professional development.
• Create presentation decks, job aids, manager guides, training materials, project timelines, and internal knowledge documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Learning and Development roles.
• Understanding of performance review frameworks, goal-setting methodologies, and talent management principles.
• Strong public speaking, communication, presentation, and in-person facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint or Slides, and HRIS or performance management platforms such as Workday, Lattice, SuccessFactors, or BambooHR.

Nice to have

• Experience participating in talent calibration and succession planning meetings.
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
• Adult Learning Certificate.
• Experience with UKG.
