Learning & Development Advisor (Aerospace)

Location: Auckland, New Zealand. This is a 12-month fixed-term role based in a New Zealand office.

What you will do

• Manage LMS updates, training assignments, learning resources, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning programs that build organisational capability.
• Facilitate workshops, forums, and training sessions for diverse groups across multiple locations.
• Act as a backup facilitator for the hirify.global Academy to maintain training coverage.
• Lead and contribute to compliance training projects, including US compliance modules and Neutron technical training.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and advise individuals, leaders, and programs on learning and development.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, or technical industries.
• Strong facilitation skills and confidence delivering training to diverse groups.
• Experience with LMS platforms and tools such as Articulate Storyline or Camtasia.
• Experience using AI in a learning and development environment.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Certification in training and development.
