Senior Loan Servicing Manager (Banking)

Location: Fully onsite in Tacoma, Washington at 2228 South 78th Street, Tacoma, WA 98409

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year, with potential performance-based incentive compensation

What you will do

• Lead and manage loan servicing professionals, including coaching, performance reviews, hiring, and development.
• Design, implement, and maintain systems and operational processes that improve accuracy, efficiency, service quality, and cost control.
• Develop department budgets, monitor expenses, assess operational risks, and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain compliant loan servicing procedures, internal controls, security standards, and regulatory practices.
• Create department strategies, roadmaps, and change management plans for loan operations and systems.
• Manage strategic initiatives and complex vendor relationships related to loan operations and banking systems.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of supervisory or management experience required.
• 7–10 years of lending industry or bank operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of complex loan documentation, structuring, servicing procedures, credit requirement analysis, and applicable state, federal, investor, and bank regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in loan origination, banking systems, and commercial or installment loan application software; LaserPro preferred.
• Knowledge of operational process improvement, project management, banking technology, internal controls, Word, and Excel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and customer service skills.
