Club Manager (Retail)

Location: Weymouth, Massachusetts, United States; onsite club operations

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead club operations, profitability, sales performance, and member experience.
• Manage, motivate, and develop a large team while building a strong leadership pipeline.
• Set direction, communicate priorities, validate results, and provide actionable feedback.
• Control operating costs, improve productivity, and implement new concepts to maximize profitability.
• Monitor competition, retail trends, shrink, turnover, audits, sales, and labor productivity.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and service-focused environment for team members and members.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise cross-functional teams, train team members, and communicate results.
• Knowledge of profit and loss statements, shrink control, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
• Strong communication, decision-making, service, and results-orientation skills.
• Open shift availability and a minimum age of 18 are required.
• High school diploma and/or college degree preferred.
