Production Technician (Medical Devices)

Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States; regular on-site attendance required

What you will do

• Manufacture products according to established procedures, production specifications, schedules, quality standards, and waste targets.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely and according to instructions.
• Monitor output quality and identify, discard, or remanufacture defective products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for manufacturing performance analysis.
• Troubleshoot product-line and process issues to reduce reject levels.
• Provide guidance to team members and, for more senior assignments, oversee work toward agreed targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• 0.5–2 years of related experience, or completion of PBS requirements and an assessment at the appropriate level.
• Basic working knowledge of the relevant technical field and shop-floor competencies.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance in Allentown, Pennsylvania is required.
• Ability to work a non-standard rotating schedule: 3×12-hour shifts from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
