Salary: $158,931–$215,025 annual base salary for Specialty Account Manager – Level 5

What you will do

• Represent Tepezza and provide patient-centered disease and product education to physicians, healthcare professionals, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Achieve sales objectives while following corporate compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Develop and execute strategic account business plans across academic institutions, integrated delivery networks, accountable care organizations, private practices, and community hospitals.
• Coordinate with Case Managers, Medical Affairs, Patient Access, Market Access, Reimbursement, and other cross-functional partners.
• Build relationships with local, regional, and national key opinion leaders and identify opportunities across the healthcare landscape.
• Apply consultative, technically oriented selling approaches to address the needs of healthcare professionals and rare disease patients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of collective account management, sales, and commercial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience listed in the posting.
• At least 7 years of experience in biotech, specialty pharmaceutical, or rare disease sales is preferred.
• Experience with rare disease or orphan drug products, patient access services, medical-benefit products, and in-office injection or infusion sales is preferred.
• Experience working in a matrix selling environment with patient services, market access, medical affairs, reimbursement, and other stakeholders.
• Strong disease, therapeutic, communication, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Approximately 20–30% travel is required, including some overnight and weekend commitments.

• Rare disease launch or ultra-orphan experience.
• Nephrology experience.
• Market development and deep profiling in rare, unmet medical needs.
• Experience educating healthcare professionals about complex diseases and diverse patient profiles.
• Graduate business or healthcare-related degree.
