Manager, Analytics Engineering (AI)

Salary: $102,900–$190,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics engineering team.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and actionable data products.
• Design, maintain, and optimize analytics-ready data models and reliable pipelines using Snowflake, SQL, and dbt.
• Establish reusable, modular, documented, and high-quality analytics engineering practices.
• Prepare structured, labeled, and validated datasets for AI and machine learning use cases.
• Plan roadmaps, manage infrastructure, track delivery, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent applicable experience.
• Experience with analytics engineering, data modeling, transformation, and data pipeline development.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, dbt, cloud data platforms, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, data lineage, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and analytics outcomes to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
