SAP Supply Chain Analytics Lead - SCM

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; primarily in-office at the Santa Clara office

Annual base salary: $153,000–$191,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Architect multidimensional supply chain data models across SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere.
• Modernize legacy data pipelines using SAP Datasphere, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Build data flows connecting SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and IBP.
• Design analytical applications, executive scorecards, and operational KPI dashboards.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical roadmaps, standardized metrics, and governance practices.
• Perform root-cause analysis across SAP MM, PP, and SD integrations to improve reporting and operational scalability.

Requirements

• Deep expertise configuring and deploying data products with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, or SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Broad knowledge of demand and supply planning, Materials Management, Production Planning, Sales & Distribution, and Configure-to-Order processes.
• Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP with Snowflake or Databricks using SAP Activate and Agile frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including presenting data architecture recommendations to non-technical executives.
• Individual Contributor role requiring regular work from the Santa Clara, California office, except during PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
