Strategy & Operations Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: $2,500–$3,200 per month

The role works directly with Tonder’s leadership on high-priority projects and operating systems.

What you will do

• Drive high-priority cross-functional projects from ambiguity through completion.
• Identify execution bottlenecks, determine root causes, and remove blockers.
• Build and improve operating systems for goals, planning, accountability, documentation, and execution.
• Replace repetitive processes with improved systems, automation, or AI workflows.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, blockers, and decisions required.
• Address operational problems directly and identify the next actions needed to move work forward.

Requirements

• Experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, consulting, or a similar high-ownership environment.
• Strong ability to own and drive cross-functional projects.
• Excellent organization, analytical thinking, attention to detail, written communication, and documentation skills.
• Comfort working directly with founders and senior leadership.
• Ability to prioritize and make progress with incomplete information.
• Strong use of AI and automation to research, analyze, document, and execute faster, with a high sense of urgency and respect for deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or a high-growth technology company.
