Employment Litigation Associate

Location: US - CA - Silicon Valley; hybrid position

Salary: $260,000–$280,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonuses

What you will do

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, arbitration, administrative proceedings, and mediations.
• Handle discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, contract, employment tort, non-compete, class, and collective action matters.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 7–9 years of experience, preferably with an employment law background.
• Current California Bar admission in good standing.
• Understanding of current state and federal agency procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork.
