Employment Litigation Associate

What you will do

• Represent local and national employers in labor and employment law matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions.
• Handle discovery-related activities, investigations, and court conferences.
• Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.
• Work extensively with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor and an active license in good standing to practice law in Georgia are required.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Passion for employment law and the ability to build confidence with sophisticated business clients.
