Finance Business Partner - Supply Chain (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Partner with Commercial OEM Supply Chain and Operations leaders to support strategic objectives and business commitments.
• Develop financial metrics and KPIs, track performance, and drive accountability for financial objectives.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Analyze material costs, purchase price variance, supplier changes, inflation impacts, inventory, working capital, and productivity initiatives.
• Build dashboards, analytical tools, and reporting solutions covering inventory, supplier performance, material costs, and financial drivers.
• Support strategic sourcing, supplier assessments, make-versus-buy evaluations, cost reduction, transformation, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, supply chain, engineering, operations management, economics, data analytics, or a related field.
• At least seven years of experience in finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, operations, business analytics, or related functions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex spreadsheets, advanced functions, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to resolve complex financial and operational issues.
• Experience with supply chain, procurement, inventory management, manufacturing operations, or working capital concepts is preferred.
• Onsite work in Buffalo, NY is required. The position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
