Financial Analyst (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States

Salary: $73,690–$110,400 per annum, plus eligibility for bonus and equity plans.

What you will do

• Support financial planning and analysis for the Operations organization.
• Drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Partner with Operations leaders and cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
• Track R&D and MOH capex forecasting, purchasing cycles, requisitions, purchase orders, accruals, and process automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant finance experience.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for financial planning and analysis.
• Analytical mindset, strong numerical skills, teamwork, and ability to prioritize requests of varying complexity and urgency.
• Applicants must be eligible to access technology and software subject to U.S. export control laws; some applicants may require an export license review before employment.
