Medicare Field Agent - Berks

Location: Reading, Pennsylvania; must reside in the designated local territory. The role is remote with recurring face-to-face interactions in members' homes, community events, and retail or local settings. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $31,800–$123,800 per year, including base pay and targeted commission.

What you will do

• Educate individuals about Medicare Advantage plans and Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Build trust and personalized relationships with prospective members.
• Conduct grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Generate sales independently and meet performance goals.
• Expand hirify.global's presence by becoming a trusted resource in the local community.

Requirements

• Active health insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• Residence in the designated local territory is required.
• Comfort with daily face-to-face interactions in homes, community events, retail environments, organizations, or local activities.
• Valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits or applicable state requirements.
• Flexibility to meet members during varying appointment times, including nights and weekends.
• Mandatory attendance during the first five weeks of employment and training.

Nice to have

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
• Experience selling Medicare products.
• Public speaking or group presentation experience.
• Experience supporting Value Based Care organizations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Associate or bachelor's degree.
