Senior Scrum Master

Location: Remote, with preference given to East Coast candidates

What you will do

• Lead Scrum ceremonies across multiple product and platform teams.
• Coach Scrum Masters, team members, Product Owners, and engineering leaders on Agile practices.
• Remove impediments, protect team focus, and improve delivery predictability and quality.
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and coordinate quarterly release progress across teams.
• Develop team metrics, track progress, identify risks, and report to senior management.
• Use generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software development execution using Agile methodology.
• Advanced Scrum Master certification, such as A-CSM or PSM II.
• Experience mentoring and coaching teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience creating, interpreting, and using sprint metrics for course correction.
• Experience with ADO or similar development work-tracking tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, cross-functional influence, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
