What you will do
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes across the company.
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Coach teams toward collaborative, efficient interactions and promote continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and support timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience facilitating Agile events and coaching teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
- Experience with Agile planning and development tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or equivalent certification.
