What you will do

• Supervise and manage maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime.
• Lead troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and facilities systems.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate spare-parts inventory, external contractors, maintenance budgets, and resource usage.
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports on equipment performance, repairs, and downtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facilities systems.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software and tools.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and safety regulations.

Nice to have

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
