Southern Border & Cross-Border Solutions Industry Verticals Advisor (Cross-Border Logistics)

Location: Hybrid in Memphis, TN, Miami, FL, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX; candidates must live within a 50-mile radius and work from a FedEx campus four days per week. Travel is required based on business and customer needs.

Salary: $9,719.96–$16,523.93 per month in Memphis; $10,231.53–$17,393.61 per month in Miami, Pittsburgh, and Plano.

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for Southern Border and cross-border logistics solutions.
• Partner with customers, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customs, and Technology teams to identify challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects and programs from concept through implementation.
• Develop go-to-market, marketing, and sales strategies that support customer adoption and revenue growth.
• Conduct market, competitive, regulatory, and economic analyses and build business cases, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Act as a subject matter expert in cross-border transportation, customs, trade compliance, U.S.-Mexico trade flows, and international logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent directly related experience; an advanced degree may substitute for experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in product management, industry vertical solutions, or related roles.
• Direct experience in cross-border logistics, international transportation, customs operations, trade compliance, or global supply chain management.
• Experience leading large, complex cross-functional initiatives and developing product strategies with measurable business results.
• Strong analytical, financial analysis, forecasting, KPI measurement, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaboration with technology teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with customs brokers, freight forwarders, international trade organizations, or transportation providers.
• Knowledge of trade modernization initiatives, customs regulations, and border operations.
• Experience using analytics, automation, AI, or digital technologies to improve customer and business outcomes.
