Program Management Advisor

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories; depending on location, campus attendance may be required several times per week.

Salary: $7,488.36–$12,355.79 per month nationwide.

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise for planning, developing, organizing, and coordinating large programs and projects.
• Research and recommend technologies, methodologies, processes, and products that can deliver significant improvements.
• Collect, analyze, and produce financial and performance indicators and forecasts.
• Coordinate program specifications across departments and divisions.
• Develop project proposals, business cases, schedules, and financial justifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a related quantitative discipline.
• At least five years of exempt experience in project or program management, product development, systems design and development, or business and financial planning and analysis.
• Experience using project management and planning software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, leadership, communication, and human relations skills.
• Knowledge of standard program and financial management techniques.
• Applicants must be located within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.

Nice to have

• Executive presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience translating ETL pipelines, BI dashboards, and ML models into business outcomes and ROI.
• Scrum Master and Agile delivery experience, including ceremony facilitation and backlog standards.
• Data analytics and cloud knowledge across ingestion, modeling, visualization, governance, and data quality.
• PMP, SAFe Agilist, or Scrum Master certification.
