Senior Manager, Technology Operations - Cross-Border Inventory & Network Strategy

Location: Upstream Building AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annual salary in Bentonville; $108,000–$216,000 annual salary in Bellevue, Washington. Additional performance bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end inventory flow strategy for positioning, replenishment, and movement across the fulfillment network.
• Define decision frameworks and business logic connecting demand, selection, inventory health, capacity, transportation constraints, and service objectives.
• Partner with Data Science and Analytics to develop predictive and optimization capabilities for inventory allocation and replenishment.
• Define cross-border fulfillment-center, gateway, forward-deployment, and future network expansion strategies.
• Lead Mexico and Canada inventory allocation and fulfillment initiatives, using pilots to validate scalable operating models and technology requirements.
• Lead cross-functional planning, governance, business cases, and investment strategy across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Transportation, and International teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area; alternatively, 7 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience developing technology requirements, business architecture, decision frameworks, financial models, and scalable operational capabilities.
• Role is associated with the Bentonville, Arkansas home office in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and 4 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, digital accessibility, and inclusive product practices.
