Staff, Technology Operations (Supply Chain Logistics)

Location: Upstream Building AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States. Primary location: 1601 SE 10th St, Bentonville, AR 72716.

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000 in Bentonville or $108,000–$216,000 in Bellevue, plus potential performance bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for destination-side services offered to Walmart Imports sellers.
• Translate seller insights and operational realities into business requirements and scalable solutions.
• Design end-to-end service experiences from port unload through delivery to fulfillment centers.
• Create integrated plans, charters, scopes, performance baselines, and business cases.
• Lead cross-functional coordination, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and program health reviews.
• Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and optimize operational and financial outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area; alternatively, 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in transportation, supply chain, cross-border logistics, process design, Six Sigma, or related disciplines.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver against aggressive timelines.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing risks, budgets, performance indicators, and complex multi-threaded initiatives.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
