Warehouse Supervisor

Location: 3100 Waterfield Dr, Garner, North Carolina, USA. Onsite day position, Sunday–Thursday, 12:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m.

Starting salary: $67,000 per year plus bonus

What you will do

• Assist the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Team Leader with daily warehouse operations.
• Recruit, interview, train, and coordinate warehouse team members and assign tasks according to shipping schedules.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, sorting, packing, stocking, and loading of food products and support goods.
• Maintain inventory control, complete counts and reports, prepare loading schedules, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Promote safe operations, maintain positive customer relationships, and support audit and 5S readiness.
• Fill in for warehouse team members as needed to meet operational goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; some college or equivalent work experience accepted, with a two-year degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience and 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Current forklift certification and thorough knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Basic understanding of 5S and Kaizen, solid knowledge of OSHA regulations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, and perform heavy pushing and pulling.
• Ability to work in refrigerated conditions of 33–38°F, around loud machinery, yeast, and flour, and comply with hirify.global uniform standards.
