What you will do

• Plan a college-preparatory French curriculum aligned with school and New York State standards.
• Deliver rigorous daily lessons that foster critical thinking and academic growth.
• Assess student progress and communicate results to students, families, and colleagues.
• Provide individual and small-group instruction until students achieve mastery.
• Model school values and support students through a focused high-school advisory group.

Requirements

• Experience teaching French at various levels.
• New York State teacher certification in the appropriate content area.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years of teaching experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in raising student achievement.
• The role is based in NYC and requires travel to hirify.global schools. Relocation outside a commutable distance or outside New York State may result in an employment review.
