Senior Project Manager

Location: Minneapolis, MN, United States

Salary: $135,000–$145,000 annually, plus eligibility for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead the execution of large, client-facing, revenue-generating professional service engagements.
• Build, maintain, and execute project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource schedules.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, third-party partners, and clients from project initiation through completion.
• Manage projects ranging from 1,500 to 5,000 hours in scope and up to five concurrent projects with a portfolio of $1.5–$2.5 million in revenue.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, resolve issues, and escalate appropriately.
• Forecast project revenue and billable service hours while optimizing resource utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
• At least five years of project management experience, including managing projects and serving external clients.
• Project management certification is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
