What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide customer service, resolve customer issues, and follow up with customers.
• Generate relationship growth through appointments, referrals, partners, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Knowledge of banking products, consumer and business deposits, lending, investments, sales, and customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort using mobile and online banking technology.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States. Fingerprints and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail sales, or business-to-business sales.
• Presentation skills and knowledge of business banking and business lending.
