Director, HR Technology (Workday)

Location: Beverly, MA, United States

Salary: $163,511–$245,267 annual base salary, plus eligibility for a team incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits.

hirify.global is consolidating with Veeco to support a combined global organization spanning manufacturing and corporate operations.

What you will do

• Lead the integration of Axcelis and Veeco into a single Workday environment for approximately 3,000 employees.
• Set and deliver a multi-year Workday roadmap covering human capital management, recruiting, compensation, benefits, time tracking, and performance.
• Establish governance, data standards, release management, compliance, and audit-readiness practices.
• Deliver workforce analytics and executive reporting on talent, capacity, and organizational performance.
• Translate requirements across HR, IT, payroll, and finance into scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead the existing three-person HRIS team and manage external implementation and enhancement partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including implementation or large-scale optimization.
• Experience leading enterprise system initiatives across multiple entities, regions, or business units.
• Experience supporting global manufacturing workforces, including time tracking, shift structures, and regional compliance across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Experience with HR system integration during mergers, acquisitions, or major organizational transformations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience designing executive reporting frameworks and scalable HR technology operating models.
• Experience building and scaling HR technology teams.
