Manager, Program Management - Operations Capability

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at the Bentonville Home Office

Salary: $70,000–$130,000 annual base salary in Bentonville. A Sunnyvale, California range of $91,000–$169,000 is also listed, with possible performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop associates while establishing accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and end-to-end execution of learning programs aligned with Seller Support and Risk Operations priorities.
• Build stakeholder relationships and define performance needs, outcomes, risks, dependencies, and readiness requirements.
• Coordinate with Instructional Design, Facilitation, Knowledge Management, Learning Operations, Operations, Product, and BPO partners.
• Manage learning roadmaps, milestones, capacity, and competing priorities across assigned portfolios.
• Measure program effectiveness using business KPIs, learner outcomes, and operational performance data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant experience without the degree requirement.
• Experience in project or program management, compliance, operations management, or a related area.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with needs assessment, gap analysis, prioritization, learning strategy, and performance consulting.
• Strong analytical skills using KPIs, learner data, and business performance metrics.
• Ability to operate with judgment and integrity in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
