Product Manager (EMV 3DS)

Location: Foster City, California, United States. Hybrid role requiring at least 3 days in the office each week; travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $161,400–$258,500 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentives where applicable.

What you will do

• Drive the development and execution of hirify.global Secure and EMV 3-D Secure product features and initiatives.
• Collaborate with global and regional product teams, client services, core product teams, engineering, and business stakeholders to define the product roadmap.
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and manage delivery from concept through launch.
• Define milestones, manage timelines, document product enhancements, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Provide technical guidance and consultation to issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants, and 3-D Secure vendors.
• Analyze product performance, identify trends and opportunities, and build relationships with cross-functional leaders.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of advanced education and technical experience.
• Working knowledge of payment systems and strong analytical, product performance, and detail-oriented skills.
• Knowledge of EMV specifications, particularly EMV 3DS, and experience with 3DS 1.0.
• Extensive cross-functional experience with demonstrated results.
• Ability and willingness to learn, with strong technical and business communication skills.
• Experience with payment processing and the hirify.globalNet/payment ecosystem is advantageous.

Nice to have

• 7 or more years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent advanced-degree experience.
• MS, MBA, or relevant technical certifications.
• Understanding of digital identity platforms, constructs, and emerging biometrics capabilities.
