What you will do

• Set strategic direction for complex existing and new lending products and market segments.
• Lead product design, pricing, packaging, marketing strategy, revenue planning, and profitability management.
• Manage new product implementation, product modifications, portfolio acquisition, and process improvements.
• Evaluate competitive developments, market opportunities, product performance, and potential new geographies or services.
• Ensure products are marketable, profitable, compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, and appropriately managed for risk.
• Manage a team of professionals, including staffing, performance management, budgeting, and planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of experience in marketing, bank operations, credit analysis, or a relevant product line; alternatively, 16 years of combined higher education and work experience with at least 12 relevant years.
• At least 7 years of managerial or project management experience in relevant product lines.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including cash flow analysis and product profitability.
• Excellent analytical, research, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive industry and client contacts on a national scale, market intelligence, and industry-specific knowledge.
• Principled leadership, sound business ethics, customer service focus, and the ability to work under critical time constraints.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Extensive knowledge of banking and personal computer software used by the division.
• Experience interacting professionally with personnel at all organizational levels, including senior management.
