Project Controls Change Manager (Data Centers)

What you will do

• Assess change notices and costs to support value-focused client decisions.
• Prepare project funding documents, cost forecasts, and owner estimates.
• Negotiate pricing agreements with external partners and reconcile contracts and purchase orders.
• Manage project schedules, report exceptions, and provide schedule updates.
• Lead risk management efforts, estimate review meetings, and project risk reviews.
• Prepare monthly executive and project status reports for key partners.

Requirements

• Experience in project controls, including change management, cost management, or estimating at portfolio level.
• Experience with large-scale mission-critical projects such as data centers or similar developments.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Interviews are conducted in person or virtually with video required.
