Change Management Lead (Workspace) (Google Workspace): Developing and implementing change management plans for Workspace projects covering Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Editors with an accent on stakeholder communication, user training, and risk mitigation. Focus on managing adoption of new processes and systems, evaluating implementation outcomes, and supporting employees through organizational change.
Location: Hybrid work twice per week in Lisbon, Coimbra, or Braga, Portugal. Candidates must already be based in Portugal and have Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do
- Develop a change management plan aligned with the Workspace project plan.
- Support Workspace initiatives involving Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Editors.
- Communicate change plans to stakeholders and secure buy-in.
- Manage change implementation and train users on new processes and systems.
- Monitor change outcomes, adjust the approach, and mitigate related risks.
- Provide support to employees throughout the change process.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role focused on change management.
- Fluent English at C1 level.
- Availability for hybrid work twice per week in Lisbon, Coimbra, or Braga, Portugal.
- Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit, is required.
