Associate Director, Strategic Operations (Change Management)

Salary: $85,000–$237,000 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Advise external partners and internal stakeholders on complex transformation and change management initiatives.
• Develop scalable change strategies and adoption roadmaps covering operating models, governance, roles, communications, training, engagement, and reinforcement.
• Assess readiness and change impacts, sequence adoption activities, and identify mitigation strategies for cross-organizational risks.
• Establish governance frameworks, decision processes, KPIs, and adoption and value tracking for multi-workstream programs.
• Coach senior leaders, frontline managers, and business experts to champion change and reinforce new behaviors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while communicating status, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes to executive sponsors.

Requirements

• Required experience in data management and large, complex change or transformation programs and projects.
• Experience with project and business change management methodologies, including Prosci and Kotter.
• Experience building or formalizing project and change management functions.
• Strong program governance, project planning, delivery leadership, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive presentation skills.
• Expertise with Microsoft PowerPoint and Smartsheet; fluent in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, Agile environments, and the use of usage and learning data to guide decisions.

Nice to have

• Prosci or ACMP certification.
