Principal GTM Systems Architect (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, United States

Salary: $200,000–$220,00 estimated total compensation, including base salary and bonus.

What you will do

• Design enterprise architecture for go-to-market systems and lead AI-powered workflows and agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Build and oversee advanced Salesforce solutions with Flow, Apex, custom objects, APIs, automation, and security frameworks.
• Define integration strategy and deliver connections across the GTM stack using Workato, Zapier, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and middleware.
• Design enterprise data models and scoring layers for customer propensity, ICP attribution, leads, and accounts.
• Use Claude Code and other AI development tools to prototype, build, test, and troubleshoot complex solutions.
• Partner with GTM leadership, mentor engineers and administrators, and establish practices for code reviews, documentation, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Business Systems Architecture, or a similar advanced technical role.
• Expert-level hands-on Salesforce architecture experience, including complex data modeling, API integrations, advanced automation, and security frameworks.
• Experience leading technical projects across a multi-platform GTM technology stack.
• Deep expertise in object-oriented programming with Apex, Python, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with Workato, Zapier, JSON, REST APIs, middleware, and advanced AI solutions such as Salesforce Agentforce.
• Excellent strategic problem-solving, technical communication, documentation, and system adoption skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Architect certifications, including Application Architect or System Architect.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, Model Context Protocol, tool calling, RAG, or semantic search.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with Git, Gearset, Salesforce CLI, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Clay, LeanData, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Clari, signal-based selling, and enterprise propensity modeling.
