Change Management Specialist 2

Location: Durant, Oklahoma, United States; 60% onsite and 40% remote, with the first 90 days fully onsite.

hirify.global operates an Information Technology function supporting tools, processes, and organizational initiatives across multiple departments.

What you will do

• Lead change management activities across moderate- to high-complexity IT projects.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments, identifying risks and readiness gaps.
• Develop and execute change plans covering communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and leadership, influencing adoption and organizational alignment.
• Deliver workshops, presentations, and communication materials for impacted groups.
• Track progress, risks, adoption metrics, training activities, and implementation outcomes across initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or a related field.
• At least 1 year of change management experience.
• Ability to work in the Durant, Oklahoma hybrid arrangement, including 100% onsite work during the first 90 days.
• Ability to attain Prosci Change Management Certification within 90 days.
• Strong communication, training, consulting, project planning, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience supporting cultural change and working with employees at all organizational levels.
