Project Manager, Talent Services Delivery

What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, work plans, and delivery timelines.
• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Track billable and nonbillable costs, project performance, risks, issues, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Apply project management best practices, techniques, and standards to support quality execution.
• Mentor and coach Project Coordinators while managing consultants and providing performance feedback.
• Build team cohesion, support training and development, and help drive team performance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of project coordinator or related professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail and oral and written communication skills.
• Experience presenting to customer stakeholders or senior management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive and meet deliverables.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.

Nice to have

• PMI certification.
