Director, Paid Social

Location: USA - Remote; 100% remote work

Salary: $130,000–$145,000 per year, plus monthly variable RevShare opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Own senior client relationships, growth agendas, onboarding, transitions, renewals, expansions, and escalations.
• Translate business goals into full-funnel paid social strategies and executive-ready recommendations.
• Lead responsible adoption of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platform automation and optimization features.
• Establish measurement practices across lift tests, holdouts, A/B testing, pixels, CAPI, event mapping, UTMs, and GA4.
• Connect Social with Search, Commerce/Retail Media, CRM, TV/Audio, and Creative to demonstrate combined impact.
• Build high-performing teams, establish governance and QA standards, and manage margin, utilization, capacity, and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of paid social experience with proven results at scale across multiple platforms.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and relevant LinkedIn or X campaigns.
• 3+ years managing managers and senior individual contributors preferred, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Experience with GA4, platform analytics, Meta Advantage+, TikTok Smart Performance, Pinterest Performance+, and growth-focused measurement.
• Strong cross-channel communication, executive presence, financial acumen, and client relationship skills.
• Must be based in the USA for this remote role.
